Learned A.G.A. has informed that notice to the informant has been served on 15.4.2025. 3. Heard Sri Manish Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Pranshu Kumar, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the material placed on record. 4. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.105 of 2024, under Sections 363, 366, 323, 376(2) I.P.C. and 5L/6 POCSO Act, Police Station- Konch, District- Jalaun, during the pendency of trial. 5. As per prosecution story, the applicant is stated to have enticed away the minor daughter of the informant aged about 15 years on 10.5.2024 at about 02:30 p.m. 6. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. He has nothing to do with the said offence. The FIR is delayed by more than three days and there is no explanation of the said delay
