Learned AGA has informed that notice on opposite party no.2 has been served, but no one has put in appearance on behalf of opposite party no.2 to oppose this bail application. There are allegations against the applicant of abduction of a minor girl with intent to marry and commission of offences of rape. Implication under Section 5L/6 POCSO has also been made.
