The first bail application was rejected by this Bench vide order dated 16.01.2025, passed in Crl. Misc. Bail Application No. 17302 of 2024. 2. Heard Sri Shiv Kumar Kesari, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Ajay Singh, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record of the case. 3. The present bail application under Section 483 B.N.S.S. has been filed on behalf of applicant, Sumit with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 72 of 2024, under Sections 8/20 of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985, Police Station- Makkhanpur, District- Firozabad. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has contended that 98.635 Kg. of Ganja is alleged to have been recovered from the vehicle i.e. Bharat Benz Canter bearing Registration No. TN-12-AL-1118 which was being driven by the accused applicant.
