Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.34 of 2025, under Sections 64, 351(3), 87 B.N.S., Police Station Noorpur, District Bijnor, during the pendency of trial. 4. As per prosecution story, the applicant is stated to have abducted the victim, aged about 27 years, on 06.01.2025 by car and had taken her to several places and raped her. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. The FIR is delayed by about twenty days and there is no explanation of the said delay caused. The victim seems to be a consenting party as she has travelled with the applicant all the way to Chattisgargh, Delhi and Haryana and has not rai
