The instant bail application has been filed seeking release of the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 576 of 2024, under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 103(1), 352, 351(3) B.N.S. and Section 3/25/27 Arms Act, Police Station Khair, District Aligarh during pendency of the trial. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits, applicant was younger brother of the deceased and on the basis of false allegation he has been made accused in the present matter along with others including co-accused Vijay Kumar, who was elder brother of the deceased and after considering the entire facts of the case, co- accused Vijay Kumar has been released on bail by this Court vide order dated 18.04.2025 passed in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No. 12621
