The instant bail application has been filed seeking release of the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 216 of 2024, under Sections 302/34, 201 IPC, Police Station Bansdih Kotwali, District Ballia during pendency of the trial. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits, however, applicant is named in the FIR along with two others including co-accused Bikau Rajbhar and Jogindra Rajbhar but it appears, on the basis of suspicion they have been made accused in the FIR. 4.
