Heard Sri Lakshman Singh, learned counsel for the applicant and Sri Harsh Narayan Sigh, learned counsel for the informant as well as Sri Rajendra Prasad Singh, learned State Law Officer and perused the record. 3. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 137 of 2024, under Sections 137(2), 87, 65(1) of BNS and Sections 3/4 of POCSO Act, Police Station Kotwali Juspura, District Banda, during the pendency of trial. 4. As per prosecution story, the applicant, who happens to be brother-in-law (jija), is stated to have enticed away the victim on 06.11.2024 at about 9 a.m. 5.
