Learned A.G.A. has informed that the notice to the informant has been served on 17.05.2025. 4. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.106 of 2025, under Sections 137(2), 65(1) B.N.S. and Section 3/4 POCSO Act, Police Station Bansgaon, District Gorakhpur, during the pendency of trial. 5. As per prosecution story, the applicant is stated to have enticed away the minor niece of the informant aged about 15 years on 26.02.2025 at about 1:00 a.m. and had taken her to lentil field and committed rape with her and she was retrieved by the villagers, namely, Arun, Kishan, Shubham, Kiran Devi and Harishankar, from the said lentil field alongwith the applicant and both were taken to the police station and as such the FIR was
