Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.760 of 2024, under Sections 87, 64 B.N.S., Police Station- Faridpur, District- Bareilly, during the pendency of trial. 4. As per prosecution story, the applicant is stated to have enticed away the minor daughter of the informant on 24.9.2024 at about 05:00 p.m. The victim is stated to have taken away cash and ornaments from her house alongwith her. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. He has nothing to do with the said offence.
