Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 84 of 2024, under Sections 137(2), 87, 64 B.N.S. and 3/4 POCSO Act, Police Station Sisamau, District Kanpur Nagar, during the pendency of trial. 5. The FIR was instituted by the informant against unknown persons regarding his missing sister since 24.9.2024 at 7.20 pm. 6. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. The FIR is delayed by two days and there is no explanation of the said delay
