Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.56 of 2025, under Sections 69, 109(1), 351(2), 351(4), 352 B.N.S. and Section 67A I.T. Act, Police Station Tundala, District Firozabad, during the pendency of trial. 4. As per prosecution story, the applicant is stated to have established corporeal relationship with the victim by entangling her in his net and continued it for a substantial period of time. The applicant is even stated to have video recorded the said act and clicked certain indecent photographs of the victim and had even demanded Rs.30,000/- as extortion money from her on 02.02.2025. 5. The applicant is even stated to have made the said photographs and video viral
