This bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been moved on behalf of accused- applicant, Harendra, seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 36 of 2025, under Sections 74, 332C, 351 (2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Section 7/8 POCSO Act, Police Station Hafijpur, District Hapur.
