Vaishya, learned counsel for the applicant and Sri Vijay Bahaur Maurya, learned AGA for the State. 2. The instant bail application has been filed seeking release of the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 542 of 2024, under Sections 103(1), 3(5), 352, 351(3) B.N.S., Police Station Cantt, District Bareilly during pendency of the trial. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits, however, applicant is named in the FIR but only general role has been assigned to all the accused. He further submits, when the statements of eye witnesses were recorded then they stated that applicant was having axe in his hand. 4. He further submits, from the post mortem report of the deceased, it reflects, deceased did not sustain any injury, which was caused by axe and he sustained two lacerated wounds on his parietal region, therefore, it reflects, applicant did not cause any injury to the deceased. 5.
