Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 55 of 2025, U/S 296, 351(3), 65(1) B.N.S. and 3/4 POCSO Act, Police Station Kudhfatehgarh, District Sambhal, during the pendency of trial. 4. As per prosecution story, the applicant is stated to have committed rape with the victim by taking her to an agricultural field on 31.3.2025. The applicant is even stated to have video- recorded the said act and had threatened her to make it viral. 5.
