This bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been moved on behalf of accused- applicant, Hasim, seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 62 of 2025 , under Sections 109 (1), 3 (5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Sections 3/5/8 of U.P. Prevention of Cow Slaughter Act, Police Station Aliganj, District Etah. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused- applicant is innocent. He has been falsely implicated in this very case crime number and is languishing in jail since 19.3.2025. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that applicant was not apprehended from the spot.
