Heard Sri Narendra Kumar, learned counsel for the applicant and Sri Sanjay Kumar, learned counsel for the informant as well as Sri V.K.S. Parmar, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record. 3. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 98 of 2024, under Sections 363, 366, 376(2)(N) of IPC and Sections 5/6 of POCSO Act and Section 3(2)V, 3(2)(v)Ka of SC/ST Act, Police Station Ajnar, District Mahoba, during the pendency of trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case.
