Heard Sri Sandeep Tripathi, learned counsel for the applicant and Sri Pradeep Kumar, learned AGA for the State-respondent. 2. The instant application has been filed seeking release of the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 16 of 2025, under Sections 103(1), 137(2), 238(a) BNS, Police Station- Adarsh Mandi Shamli District- Shamli, during pendency of the trial in the court below. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that initially FIR of the present case was lodged against unknown person under Section 137 (2) BNS but after recovery of the dead body of the son of the informant case was converted under Section 103 BNS. 4. He further submitted that during investigation, when the statement of the informant was recorded then he raised suspicion against the applicant and others and only on the basis of suspicion, applicant has been made accused in the present matter. 5.
