As per prosecution story, the applicant is stated to have committed rape with the victim on 30.2.2025 after 9.30 am by taking to a hotel. The matter was revealed to the informant after the victim reached her house. 6. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case.
