This bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been moved on behalf of accused- applicant, Brijesh Gond, seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 192 of 2024, under Sections 319, 338, 340 of I.P.C. and Section 8/20 of N.D.P.S. Act, Police Station- Adalhat, District- Mirzapur. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused- applicant is innocent. He has been falsely implicated in this very case crime number and is languishing in jail since 30.09.2024. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that similarly placed co- accused, namely, Mitthu Alias Rinku Rout and Ramesh Goad have already been enlarged on bail by Co-ordinate Bench of this Court by orders dated 20.03.2025 and 17.04.2025 passed in Criminal Mis
