Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that however, applicant is named in the FIR and as per allegation, applicant along with other accused persons committed the murder of the deceased but even from the record, it reflects, co-accused Vishal Sonkar was the person, who caused fire-arm injury to the deceased. 4.
