Heard Sri A.C.Srivastava, learned counsel for the applicant as well as Sri Sunil Kumar, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the material placed on record. 3. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 81 of 2025, U/S 137(2), 115(2), 70(1), 351(3), 352 B.N.S. and 5(g)/6 POCSO Act, Police Station Jani, District Meerut, during the pendency of trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case with a view to cause unnecessary harassment and to victimize him. It is stated that he has nothing to do with the said offence. 5. Learned counsel has further argued that the applicant is not named in the FIR. His name has come up subsequently in the statements of the victim recorded u/s 180 and 1
