Heard Sri A.C.Srivastava, learned counsel for the applicant as well as Sri Sunil Kumar, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the material placed on record. 3. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 81 of 2025, U/S 137(2), 115(2), 70(1), 351(3), 352 B.N.S. and 5(g)/6 POCSO Act, Police Station Jani, District Meerut, during the pendency of trial. 4.
