This bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been moved on behalf of accused- applicant, Kablu @ Istyak, seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 15 of 2025, under Sections 109 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and SEction 3/4/25 of Arms Act and Section 3/5A/8 of Cow Slaughter Act, Police Station- Aung, District- Fatehpur. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused- applicant is innocent. He has been falsely implicated in this very case crime number and is languishing in jail since 09.02.2025. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that it is a no injury case as no police personnel has received injury. The applicant was not arrested from spot. Nothing incriminating has been recovered from possession
