Heard Sri Shyam Sunder Mishra, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Amit Kumar, learned State Law Officer for the State and perused the material placed on record. 3. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.36 of 2025, under Sections 64(1), 115(2), 352, 351 (2) B.N.S., Police Station Asothar, District Fatehpur, during the pendency of trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. The FIR is delayed and there is no explanation of the said delay caused. The victim is major obviously as she is a married lady. There is no medical corroboration of the incident. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has further argued that the instant case is a clear-cut case of false implication. There is no criminal history of the applicant. The applicant is languishing in jail since 7.3.2025 and he is r
