As informed by learned State Law Officer, notice to the informant has been served on 01.05.2025 but none is present on behalf of the informant. 2. Heard Sri Vaibhav Yadav, learned counsel for the applicant and Ms. Ifrah Islam, learned State Law Officer and perused the record. 3. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 204 of 2022, under Sections 376(D), 504, 506 IPC and Sections 5/6 of POCSO Act, Police Station Hathgaon, District Fatehpur, during the pendency of trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. He has nothing to do with the said offence. It is next stated that the informant and the victim have been examined as PW-1 and PW-2 respectively during trial and they have completely resiled from their earlier statements and have been cross-examined by the public
