Act, Police Station Katghar, District Moradabad, during the pendency of trial. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. The informant and the victim have been examined as P.W. 1 and P.W. 2 respectively, in court and have not supported the prosecution story.
