The instant bail application has been filed seeking release of the applicant on bail in Case Crime No.0015 of 2025, under Sections 103(1), 61(2), 55 of BNS, Police Station Khejuri, District Ballia, during pendency of the trial. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that it is a case of circumstantial evidence and nobody was named in the FIR but during investigation firstly name of accused Akhilesh Chaurasiya was surfaced and when his statement was recorded then he disclosed the name of applicant. He next submits that except the statement of the co-accused and confessional statement of the applicant, there is no cogent evidence available against the applicant on record. 4.
