Heard Sri Satendra Singh, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Amit Kumar, learned State Law Officer for the State and perused the material placed on record. 3. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 52 of 2025, under Sections 64(1), 74, 351(2), 352 B.N.S., Police Station- Khairgarh, District- Firozabad during the pendency of trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. The FIR is delayed by about eight days and there is no explanation of the said delay caused. The FIR indicates towards outraging the modesty only, but the said allegations have been escalated to that of rape in the statement of the victim recorded under Sections 180 and 183 B.N.S.S. that too after legal consultation. 5.
