As per prosecution story, the named accused Dr. Nadeem, Dr. Gayyur and Muzzammil are stated to have falsely implicated the victim in an FIR regarding the death of a baby boy after delivery, subsequent to which, they are stated to have sexually assaulted the victim and committed gang rape with her between 01.01.2020 to 29.06.2024, as such the FIR was instituted by the victim on 11.01.2025. 5.
