The first bail application of the applicant was rejected by the coordinate Bench of this court on 16.03.2023 which is not available now. Counsel for the applicant submits that three prosecution witnesses have already been examined before the trial court. Counsel for the informant informs that all the prosecution witnesses have been examined before the trial court. Trial is on the verge of conclusion.
