Heard Sri Mahendra Singh, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Deepak Kumar Singh, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the material placed on record. 3. Learned A.G.A. has informed that the notice to the informant has been served on 25.04.2025. 4. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.356 of 2024, under Sections 70(2), 333, 351(3), 137(2), 118(1) B.N.S. and 5(G), 5(J) (ii)/6 POCSO Act, Police Station Ujhani, District Budaun, during the pendency of trial. 5. As per prosecution story, the applicant is stated to have forcibly taken the victim and committed rape with her on 07.08.2024 at about 11:30 p.m. 6. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case.
