The instant bail application has been filed seeking release of the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 0015 of 2025, under Sections 103(1), 61(2), 55 B.N.S., Police Station Khejuri, District Ballia during pendency of the trial. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits, however, it is a case of double murder but nobody was named in the FIR and during investigation co-accused Akhilesh Chaurasia was made accused and when his statement was recorded then applicant has been made accused in the present matter and except the statement of co- accused and confessional statement of the applicant there is no other evidence against the applicant on record. 4. He further submits, even from the bail rejection order, it reflects, co-accused Akhilesh Chaurasia was
