Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.58 of 2025, under Sections 64, 351(2) and 308(2) B.N.S., 2023, Police Station Bhojpur, District Moradabad, during the pendency of trial. 4. As per prosecution story, the applicant is stated to have committed rape with the victim about six months before institution of FIR and had video recorded the said act and threatened her to make it viral and had even forced her into burglary and theft. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case.
