Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.55 of 2025, under Sections 64(2)(m), 351(3) B.N.S. and 6, 5L POCSO Act, Police Station- Jafrabad, District- Jaunpur, during the pendency of trial. 5. As per prosecution story, the applicant is stated to have committed rape with the minor daughter of the informant on 10.9.2024 at about 06:30 a.m. when she was plucking vegetables from the field. He is stated to have continued the said relationship for several months. 6. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent
