Heard Ms. Amrita Singh, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Anit Kumar Shukla, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the material placed on record. 3. Learned A.G.A. has informed that the notice to the informant has been served on 13.05.2025. 4. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.05 of 2025, under Sections 64(1), 87, 137(2) B.N.S. and 5L/6 POCSO Act, Police Station Nandganj, District Ghazipur, during the pendency of trial. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. The FIR is delayed by about three days and there is no explanation of the said delay caused. The victim is a consenting party as is evident from the fact that she has gone with the applicant all the way to Nasik and stayed with for fifteen days and has not raised any alarm whatsoever. 6.
