Heard Sri Vikas Singh, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Sunil Kumar, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the material placed on record. 3. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.22 of 2025, under Sections 103(1) & 61(2) B.N.S., Police Station- Rampura, District- Jalaun, during the pendency of trial. 4. As per prosecution story, the informant instituted the FIR on the basis of suspicion that applicant and three other co-accused persons have assaulted the deceased person with an axe or some sharp edged weapon on 12.2.2025 at about 06:30 p.m. and committed her murder at the agricultural field. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. There is no eye-witness to the incident. The time of offence mentioned in the FIR indicates that there were bit dark at the alleged time of offence.
