The present bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant in Case Crime No. 265 of 2023, under Section 3(1) of U.P. Gangster and Anti Social Activities (Prevention) Act, 1986, Police Station, Bhagatpur, District Moradabad, with the prayer to enlarge him on bail. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that applicant is innocent person and has falsely been implicated in the cases, and is in jail since 23.08.2023. He further submitted that the provisions of U.P. Gangster and Anti Social Activities (Prevention) Act, 1986 are invoked against the applicant on the basis of two cases which are registered as Case Crime No.203 of 2023, under Secton 379/411 of IPC and Case Crime No.204 of 2023, under Sections 411/413/414/420/467/468/471 IPC and Sections 41/102 of Cr.
