The instant bail application has been filed seeking release of the applicant on bail in Case Crime No.13 of 2024, under Sections 147, 148, 149, 302, 427, 34 I.P.C. Police Station Mau Aima, District Prayagraj, during pendency of the trial. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that applicant is not named in the FIR but when the statement of one eye- witness Mohd. Israr was recorded then he disclosed the name of the applicant and even from his statement, it reflects, co- accused Afsar, who was named in the FIR caused injury to the deceased and co-accused Afsar has been released on bail by this Court vide order dated 10.09.2024 passed in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No.28052 of 2024 and on facts case of applicant is at better footing than him
