The present bail application has been filed by the applicant Durgesh Kumar with the prayer to enlarge him on bail in Case Crime No.272 of 2024, under Sections 2(b)(i)/ 3(1) of the U.P. Gangsters and Anti Social Activities (Prevention), Act, 1986, P.S. Gauri Bazar, District-Deoria. 3. It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that there are three cases shown in the gang chart against applicant. It is also submitted that apart from the cases mentioned in the gang-chart, the applicant has no previous criminal history.
