Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.007 of 2025, under Sections 3/5A/8 Prevention of Cow Slaughter Act, 11 Prevention of Animal Cruelty Act and 111, 61(2) B.N.S., Police Station- Bankata, District- Deoria, during the pendency of trial. 4. It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that similarly placed co-accused persons Furkan Ansari and Dilshad have already been enlarged on bail by the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 21.3.2025 passed in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No.9542 of 2025. The applicant is languishing in jail since 17.1.2025.
