The present bail application has been filed by the applicant Abhishek Singh @ Vaibhav Singh with the prayer to enlarge him on bail in Case Crime No.107 of 2025, under Section 3(1) of the U.P. Gangsters and Anti Social Activities (Prevention), Act, 1986, P.S. Kotwali Muhammadabad, District- Mau. 3. It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that there are four cases shown in the gang chart against applicant, in which case he is already on bail, the bail orders are annexed as Annexure no.3 to the affidavit. It is also submitted that apart from the cases mentioned in the gang- chart, the applicant has no previous criminal history.
