Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that, however, applicant is named in the FIR but it reflects, without any evidence, merely on the basis of suspicion and motive, he has been roped in the present matter along with others. 4. He further submitted that, however, during investigation, when statement of one Ashok was recorded then he tried to give evidence of last seen but his statement does not appear to be convincing. 5.
