Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.23 of 2025, under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 506, 395, 376D I.P.C., Police Station- Khaleelabad, District- Sant Kabir Nagar, during the pendency of trial. 4. It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that similarly placed co-accused person Satyendra Yadav @ Satyendra has already been enlarged on bail by this Court vide order dated 24.4.2025 passed in Criminal Misc.
