Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.619 of 2018, under Sections 363, 366, 376 I.P.C. and 6 POCSO Act, Police Station- Karvi Kotwali Nagar, District- Chitrakoot, during the pendency of trial. 5. As per prosecution story, the FIR was instituted under suspicion against one Sona by the informant on 10.9.2018 regarding his missing daughter since 2.9.2018 at 09:00 a.m. 6. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. He has
