The present bail application has been filed by the applicant Virendra Pal with the prayer to enlarge him on bail in Case Crime No.188 of 2019, under Section 2/3 of the U.P. Gangsters and Anti Social Activities (Prevention), Act, 1986, P.S. Barkhera, District Pilibhit. 4. It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that there are two cases shown in the gang chart against applicant, in which case he is already on bail, the bail orders are annexed as Annexure nos.4 and 5 to the affidavit. It is also submitted that other criminal history of the applicant has been explained in paragraph 14 of the affidavit and paragraph 2 of the supplementary affidavit.
