Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 106 of 2025, U/S 75, 352, 64 B.N.S., 3/4, 7/8 POCSO Act, Police Station Talbehat, District Lalitpur, during the pendency of trial. 4. As per prosecution story, the applicant is stated to have subjected the victim to sexual harassment on 3.3.2025 at about 10.00 am. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case with a view to cause unnecessary harassment and to victimize him.
