Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 651 of 2024, U/S 191(2), 191(3), 103(1), 352, 333, 351(2), 190, 3(5) B.N.S., Police Station Sardhana, District Meerut, during the pendency of trial. PROSECUTION STORY: 4. The applicant alongwith co-accused persons Mashroof, Shauraaf, Kamran and five unknown persons is stated to have barged into the house of the informant and asked for Sahil and started firing indiscriminately at the family members of the informant, thereby causing gunshot injuries to Afia, who died instantaneously on 1.12.2024 at about 7.00 pm. ARGUMENTS ON BEHALF OF THE APPLICANT: 5. The applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case with a view to cause unnecessary
