This bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been moved on behalf of accused- applicant, Pratham Sharma, seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 735 of 2024, under Sections 109(1), 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Section 3/25/27 Arms Act, Police Station- Kankarkhera, District- Meerut. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused- applicant is innocent. He has been falsely implicated in this very case crime number and is languishing in jail since 18.12.2024 4. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that no specific role has been assigned to the applicant. No such recovery of arms has been made out from the possession of the applicant.
