ARGUMENTS ON BEHALF OF THE APPLICANT: 4. The applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case with a view to cause unnecessary harassment and to victimize her. She is not named in the FIR. Her name has come up for the first time in the statements of the co- accused persons Rohit, Krishna, Rajeev, Jitendra and Abhishek. The statements have no evidentiary value in the eyes of law. 5. The applicant being a lady and sister of the main accused person Rohit, has been falsely implicated. She is a married lady and naturally lives separately
