The instant application has been filed seeking release of the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 4 of 2025, under Sections 103(1) & 61(2)Ka of BNS, Police Station Mardah, District Ghazipur, during pendency of the trial in the court below. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that it is a case of circumstantial evidence and nobody is named in the FIR but during investigation on the basis of vague allegation, quite dramatically, applicant has been made accused in the present matter. 4. He further submitted that there is no cogent evidence except suspicion and motive against the applicant which can connect him with the instant crime. 5. He further submitted that apart from the ap
