The present bail application under Section 483 BNSS has been filed on behalf of applicant Manoj, with a prayer to release him on bail in Criminal Case No. 39 of 2003, arising out of Case Crime No. 156 of 1997, under Section 2/3 Uttar Pradesh Gangsters and Anti Social Activities (Prevention) Act, 1986, registered at Police Station Garhmukteshwar, District Ghaziabad (present district Hapur), during pendency of the trial. 3.
